This is amazing, as long as you follow the directions, it worked within the first 6 days to stop leakage and frequency of urinating. I received my device about 6 wks ago.
I have finally noticed some difference after about 4 wks of use.
I had been having issues with stress incontinence for approximately 20 years.
It had got so bad that I was going through as much as 3 or 4 pads on some days.
I only wear pads now if I’m going to leave the house. I used to have to wear them every night to bed and all day long.
I still want to make sure that I’m protected. I believe I will still have an issue if I were to fall or if I would need to jog/run.
However, they do say that, on average, the best results will be seen after about 3 months of use.
So I’m very positive about being able to live pad free in another couple of months.
Also, regarding insurance paying, for MINNESOTA residents, through many phone calls, help from my Urologist (she is amazing. I love her). And working with my MN Medical Assistance insurance, as well as the provider of services, Handi Medical, the insurance agreed to pay for this with a prior auth from my Dr and, of course, meeting the medical criteria.
So, for those women who live in MN and are in MA, YES, insurance will cover (with the above conditions being met).

I recently had a surgery to repair a problem with two separate issues. One is nerves and the other is structural. I am a mother of three and have been a nurse for 31 years. Chronic back injuries and childbirth led me to have a horrible problem with my bladder. My doctor said that I was complicated case. I had my surgery and the provider was able to lift the structure. I saw this advert on Facebook several times before I clicked on the link. I was thinking it might not work for me due to my bladder issues being linked to my spinal cord injury. I’m paraplegic from the chest down and have weakened sensation and feeling. This has caused my overactive bladder and stress leakage and has gotten progressively worse over the course of 11 years. I went down the path so many women have. First pads, then pull-ups, then seeing a urologist. He, of course, prescribed expensive pills that didn’t really fix the problem. The pills just made it more difficult to empty my bladder so I got UTIs constantly.
I read about the Attain and still had doubts it would work for me. I showed it to my husband, who ordered it immediately. It was pricey, but not compared to almost 400$ a month for the pills. He also told me that although I can’t feel sensation normally, my body still reacts to stimulation.

Fecal incontinence is not a subject you can broach with just anyone! As a very active 62 year old, I could not exercise or even walk across the grocery store without having a real mess! I asked my girlfriends, do most 60 year old women have this problem? NO was their answer!! I went to a couple of doctors, gyn, gastro – neither of whom suggested weak pelvic floor muscles! I started having issues with my bladder in 2005 and eventually I became tied to the bathroom. I would use the bathroom when I left the house to go shopping and would have to use the bathroom again as soon as I arrived at the store. I was misdiagnosed ten years ago at 50 years old with MS found out two years ago it was Lyme. My kidneys were immediately affected when I told Dr they told me to drink more water.
