InControl Medical is looking for a full-time, self-motivated, experienced office person with at least three years of solid work history. The right candidate will have knowledge in billing, low-level medical terminology, and experience answering multiple phone lines.  Must be proficient in MS Excel and using a 10-key calculator.  We are looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to anticipate and resolve problems swiftly and independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer multi line phone system and direct customers appropriately
  • Screen Medicare inquiries and start claim processing cycle
  • Coordinate Medicare paperwork from Physician’s office
  • Input orders from our website and process sales transactions according to customers needs
  • Invoice orders
  • Regular filing to stay organized
  • Preform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Minimum three years’ experience doing data entry and working with accounting software
  • Previous experience with Medicare and medical terminology strongly preferred
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being able to prioritize and stay on task
  • Performs work accurately with an eye for detail
  • Professional appearance and solid phone knowledge to answer and direct calls
